Service Terms and Conditions

· To confirm & secure your reservation, a minimum of 50% of the total tour cost will be required as deposit.
· The balance of this reservation can be paid upon arrival on the booking date
· Reservations made less than 7 days in advance will require 100% of the booking value in order to secure the reservation
· All prices quoted exclude any financial transaction costs which your bank may charge. These charges are your responsibility.
· Payment must be made in the currency in which the quotation is accepted or in which the invoice is made out.

Cancellation and Refund Policy;
· If you cancel your tour with a notice period of 30 days or more, we will refund 75% of the total booking cost or deposit received.
· 15 - 30 days notice - we will refund 50% of the total booking cost or deposit received.
· 7 - 15 days notice - we will refund 25% of the total booking cost or deposit received.
· Less than7 day - there will be no refund of any monies.
· Should you fail to take up your booking or tour, join it after departure or leave before it is complete, you will not receive any refund or credit.
